Battat B Blocks: George got these bad boys for Christmas from his Gramma + when he opened his gift on Christmas morning, I was soo excited because I love these blocks. I weirdly felt like crying? ANYWAY. These are great. GBB is really into chewing on everything, so these are perfect. He is also really into holding two things at one time, squawking, and hitting them against each other, so again, these are perfect. Also, he is perfect. The colours are fabulous too. I try and coordinate the blocks with his outfits…Battat B Blocks.
Britax Car Seat: I mentioned in George’s 6 month update post that he is now chillin’ like a villain in a new car seat and this is the brand! It is spacious, safe, and badass. Hubs and I call it the cadillac. GBB likes it much better because he has more space and he can see out the window, which I’m sure anyone can understand. What’s worse than sitting in the back of a car and not being able to see anything!? Britax Car Seat.
Ikea Stacking and Nesting Cups: GBB’s favourite thing to do these days (other than drool and chew everything) is hulk-smashing his Ikea cups! These stacking + nesting cups were just a little extra something that I bought on a random trip to Ikea before Christmas and they’re so ridiculously inexpensive and easily one of his favourite toys. I love watching him methodically grab the cups and then wildly smash them! I also enjoy stacking them up and then let the babyzilla loose ;) Ikea Stacking Cups.
Aden+Anais Bibs: Lately I have been changing GBB’s outfit three or four times a day and not because he has a blow-out (although this happens more than I thought possible…maybe it is time to move him up in diaper size! eee! anyway.) but because he drools like a maniac. I hate hate double hate being soggy and damp so I can naturally assume everyone else also hates this (I mean, who likes this?!) and I change his clothes lots so he doesn’t have a damp chin/chest/everything. Plus, I gotta love the spontaneous spit-up. Just when you think that phase is dunzo…nope! ANYWAY. Bibs! These bibs are cute and soft and I love them (just like I love all their products!). Aden+Anais Bibs.
Boogie Wipes: These little saline wipes are my Nose Frida Snot Sucker’s mighty partner in crime! I use them to help clean up any stray boogies + they smell so good (I have the grape kind!). Truthfully, the next round I get will be the unscented ones because that’s how we roll in this house when it comes to baby but I personally love the artificial grape smell…it smells like 90’s candy/scented markers/those weird scented grape balls in gym class… I think once GBB is bigger + may not enjoy the snot sucker (aka not lay still for me), these wipes will come in handy! Boogie Wipes.
Fisher Price Rock-A-Stack: Show me a baby that doesn’t like to stack/smash/chew rings and I will give you a hundred dollars…(not really, but you understand what I’m getting at). George loves these! It was a gift from Santa and similar to the Ikea Stacking Cups, he likes to hulk-smash, chew, drool, and wave these bad boys around. These are pretty iconic to baby and toddlerhood too, so I love it. Fisher Price Rock-A-Stack.
Shout-outs to our amazing Finding Nemo Exersaucer which is not only super adorable (I love that movie!) but also incredibly handy for when mommy wants to do dishes/make food/use the bathroom/do anything really. It’s not super heavy and even though it is a huge chunk of plastic-y goodness, it is really cute.
What are your must haves for your littles ones? Are there any products that you can’t live without? I wanna know! Hollaaa in the comments below!
