Sweetest Book Ever// Ikea Highchair// EB Bath Squirties// Safety First Tub// Ergo 360// Camilia// Glowing Seahorse
This past month has been such a doozie for us. George has been growing and changing + I have found myself sometimes discouraged trying to keep up. Just when I thought I knew exactly what to do when, the little dude switches it up on me. My old go-tos are no longer in the realm of go-tos (other than breastfeeding, that will always be a go-to for as long as I am nursing!) and as he is growing up (cue heart shattering/ugly crying/bittersweet pride), I am left grasping for new mama tricks.
As you may have noticed, I have included my Ergo 360 and the Camilia teething tubes again. There was absolutely no way I could not add those two items because they major league saved my ass. George popped both his top front teeth over the last month and he was having trouble getting + staying comfy so I used the Ergo a lot to get him to sleep and snuggle up to me.
I Love You Through and Through: Hubs and I bought this book for our little valentine + it is probably the cutest book ever. I totally cried the first time I read it. The illustrations are so simple + sweet. This book is a part of our sleep routine and I know George loves it as much as I do. I Love You Through and Through.
Ikea Highchair: There are some seriously cute highchairs out in baby land + originally I had had my eyes set on a much sleeker, more pimped out chair for GBB but when it came time to get a highchair, all I cared about was the safety of the thing + it being easy to clean. This Ikea highchair was so crazy affordable that it almost feels like we stole it. It’s also super easy to wipe down + it gets clean fast. I am so happy with this chair! Ikea Highchair.
Elegant Baby Bath Squirties: I was gifted these cuties when George first arrived and as you know, I am obsessed with Elegant Baby products, so naturally, I love these little animals. George loves bath time + plays with his little toys every night. We actually play with them outside of the bath as well; it is very often that the monkey, sheep, and penguin are invited to the dinner table, ha. EB has a huge selection of different bath toys and I want them all. Elegant Baby Bath Squirties.
Safety First Infant Tub: Okay you guys, I am inlove with this tub! It is a cute little inflatable tub that sits inside our tub and George sits up in it and splashes around. I love how I don’t have to worry that he will slip and bonk his noggin or that he will be squished and super uncomfortable. He loves his tub + when we aren’t using it in the bath, we sometimes bring it into the living room and I fill it with toys! Fun + affordable. Safety First Infant Tub.
Ergo 360: You can read more about my love for this here.
Camila Teething Tubes: I talk alllll about my obsession with these here.
Soothe + Glow Seahorse: GBB got this sweet singing seahorse for Christmas and it is seriously adorable! We use it during our sleep routine and the music is pretty calming (even when it is played three times over!) and George loves that it lights up. He plays with the fins (because all tags mean all the fun for little dude!) and will hug it sometimes. I am hoping as George gets bigger, he will press the seahorse’s belly when he wakes at night + it will soothe and lull him back to sleep. Haha, a mama can dream! Soothe + Glow Seahorse.
Do you have any products that are must haves in your home? Especially any for the upcoming months?I’d love to hear from you + get better prepared, ha.
XO
PS. A post is not complete without a little GBB (thank you Uncle Jake for snapping this gem!).
